- Follow up with inquiries and maintain CRM records.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while providing excellent customer support.
Requirements:
- 13 years of experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, or EdTech Sales.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and goal-driven environment.
