01Overview
Referring BOM of the product & the quantity based on work order received from marketing manager, release purchase indent to purchase department for procurement of shortage materials to complete the job.
2. Receipt of material and documentation from the supplier and then check the same with respect to PO placed on them. If excess materials sent by supplier beyond stipulated norms, issue should be taken up purchaser.
3. Preparation of Goods Receipt Note and sending to QC dept. along with material for inspection.
4. Update the accepted material stock in the Tally.
5. Preparation of Material Rejection Note in case of rejection of material and send rejected material to concerned supplier along with MRN and copy to purchaser & accounts department.
6. Shall maintain the identification and traceability of incoming raw materials at specified locations with bold display as Under Inspection, on hold, rejected materials.
7. Shall look after proper storage of accepted goods and maintain the record in ERP.
8. Shall monitor and control the handling, storage, preservation of raw material, bought out item, packing materials & Issuing material along with Job card to production department as per the job BOM
