01Key Responsibilities
- Support the lead teacher in executing lesson plans and managing the classroom
- Provide individual or small group academic support to students when needed
- Help with classroom routines, organization, displays, and student materials
- Assist with co-curricular activities, events, and field trips
- Monitor student behavior and ensure a protected, positive classroom environment
- Maintain documentation and student records as guided by the lead teacher
- Substitute for the lead teacher when required, under guidance
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Ed. or Diploma in Education is a plus)
- Prior experience working with children in an educational setting preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work as part of a team
- Basic digital literacy for classroom support
