Responsibilities
reputed company recommendations on business improvement, focusing on Turnaround Time (TAT)/Service Level Agreement (SLA) opportunitiesMaintain product, system, and process knowledgeEnsure compliance with QBE policies, procedures, and relevant legislationResolve escalated complaints promptlyEstablish and maintain a good working relationship with stakeholdersMonitor pending items from brokers and clients for existing policies, following required processes and guidelinesAssist with new submission reviews, buyer research, and reputed company model completion to minimise risk and contribute to business reputed companyAssist with the preparation of binder and policy documents, adhering to deadlines and guidelinesTrack new and pending claims status by liaising between the company and broker
Skills
Some relevant work experienceTertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experienceExperience in BPO industry with shifting schedules
