Assistant Vice President I Business Finance Analyst with BFSI Exposure

Role & responsibilities Analyze and optimize para banking operations to enhance profitability. Prepare financial reports, presentations and recommendations for senior management. Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies. Collaborate with various departments to support financial initiatives and projects. Identify and mitigate financial risks through proactive analysis and planning. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and para banking. Perform any other duties/responsibilities as may be assigned by the Bank from time to time including operational or administrative Roles based on Business Needs. Preferred candidate profile Educational Qualification - Mandatory: Any Graduate Preferred: A Masters Degree in relevant field or relevant professional certifications such as CA, CFA, CPA, CIMA. Post Qualification Work Experience - Mandatory: Minimum 5 years of work experience in BFSI in relevant field. Preferred: Significant Experience in Business Finance analysis, Para Banking activities such as Mutual Funds, insurance, Cards and other financial products. .
