Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Vice President, Specialist, Product Sales - Cash & Trade to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking product sales, particularly in cash and trade finance solutions, and will be responsible for driving revenue growth by building strong client relationships and delivering tailored product offerings.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in Cash & Trade products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure alignment between client needs and product offerings.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders, showcasing product capabilities and benefits.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 8-15 years of experience in product sales, specifically in Cash & Trade solutions.
- Strong understanding of trade finance, cash management, and related banking products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients effectively.
- Proficient in data analysis and financial modeling, with robust problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities. .
