Designation: Assistant Vice President - Finance

Your Role (summary):
The accounting and finance manager will be responsible for overseeing daily accounting, monthly accounts and closing, preparation of financial statements, leading audits, MIS and Regulatory reporting, Managing direct tax and overseeing indirect tax.
You will be responsible for:
Corporate accounting
Fixed asset capitalization, retirement, and calculation of gains
Investment accounting with calculation of gain/loss on sale of investments under FIFO and weighted average cost method.
Monthly closing and financials
Monthly closing of Asset Management Companys books of accounts
Reviewing of general ledger, preparing, and reviewing reconciliations
Preparation of monthly IGAAP and periodic INDAS financials
Leading Audits
Managing Statutory, Tax, Internal and Transfer pricing audit and Regulatory audits
Co-ordinating with auditors and fulfilling their requirements
Taxation Direct and Indirect
Advance tax computation, Tax computation and filing of tax returns
Managing tax assessment and tax notice submissions
Data compilation for GST returns and working closely with consultants for GST compliances
Leading Tax audit and Transfer pricing assignments
MIS and Regulatory reporting
Preparation of MIS and presentations on periodic basis for stakeholders
Managing regulatory reporting as required by SEBI/AMFI
Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, and Certifications:
Advanced MS Excel skills and ability to manage large data sets and analysis
Knowledge of SUN systems would be preferred
Independent and quick learner
Confident, perseverance to complete tasks and a team player The experience you bring (Educational Qualification/Experience):
Qualified Chartered Accountant with 7-10 years of experience .
