What You'll Do
Lead integrated communication campaigns across PR, social media, digital, and creative.
Build strong communication strategies that enhance brand reputation.
Develop compelling stories and campaigns that engage audiences.
Manage media relations and build strong relationships with journalists and influencers.
Advise clients on corporate communications and reputation management.
Handle crisis communication and develop response strategies when needed.
Collaborate with internal creative, digital, and strategy teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
Lead client meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions.
Mentor and manage high-performing communication teams.
Identify new business opportunities and support business growth.
What We're Looking For
10 to 12 years of experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or Integrated Marketing.
Strong understanding of media, digital, and social communication.
Excellent writing, presentation, and storytelling skills.
Experience managing large client accounts and multiple stakeholders.
Ability to lead teams and inspire people.
Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
Experience handling corporate reputation and crisis communications is a plus.
Bonus If You Have
Experience working with lifestyle, hospitality, FMCG, technology, healthcare, or corporate brands.
Agency experience managing multiple clients.
Exposure to international campaigns or global markets.
