Assistant Vice President/Vice President - Wealth Management - HNI/NISM

The role involves driving client acquisition, growing assets under management (AUM), and strengthening client relationships. You will act as a key contributor to business expansion, providing investment solutions to HNI/UHNI clients, and mentoring junior team members in leadership roles.

- Acquire and manage HNI/UHNI clients through networking, references, and partnerships. - Provide customized investment advisory across financial instruments: Mutual Funds, Bonds, SIPs, AIFs, Unlisted Shares, Equities, Commodities, and Currency. - Achieve defined business targets related to client acquisition, AUM, and revenue. - Build and lead advisory teams (for AVP/VP roles). - Ensure long-term client satisfaction and relationship retention. Desired Profile: - 7-15 years of relevant experience in Wealth Management or Broking. - Proven success in managing large AUM portfolios. - Deep understanding of financial markets and investment products. - Excellent communication, networking, and leadership skills. .
