Roles & Responsibilities- Drive business development and loan origination for wholesale lending.- Perform financial analysis and modelling to evaluate investment and lending opportunities.- Handle project financing and appraisals, ensuring sound credit assessment.- Conduct credit risk analysis, credit appraisals, and manage deal closures efficiently.- Coordinate and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.- Analyse financial statements to assess the health and viability of borrowers.- Demonstrate proven experience in term lending across sectors such as real estate, hospitality, manufacturing, NBFCs, and related industries.Qualification & Experience- MBA/CA from a premier institute.- Minimum 10 years of experience in a leading NBFC or Bank. .
