Key Responsibilities

Direct Channel:

• Generate new business by acquiring customers directly.
• Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance products.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Agency Channel:

• Recruit, train, and develop insurance advisors.
• Motivate and guide advisors to achieve business targets.
• Build and maintain a productive agency network.
• Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
• Drive business growth through effective agency management.

Eligibility

Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Life Insurance, BFSI, Banking, Sales, Financial Services, or Relationship Management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
Willingness to build a long-term career in the Life Insurance Industry.
