Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented candidate to join as an Associate Agency Development Manager (AADM). The role involves recruiting and managing insurance advisors and driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit potential insurance advisors and support them in licensing process
Train and motivate advisors to achieve sales targets
Monitor team performance and guide them regularly
Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
Ensure business growth and team profitability
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 6 months  experience in field sales
Graduation is mandatory
Good communication and leadership skills
