Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of insurance advisors.
- Support advisors in generating life insurance business and achieving sales targets.
- Conduct regular training, field visits, and performance reviews.
- Build solid relationships with advisors and provide ongoing guidance.
- Drive business growth by expanding the advisor network.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and timely documentation.
Eligibility
- Graduation preferred (or as per company policy).
- Candidates with any sales experience can apply.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
