01Responsibilities
Independently research, analyze, and resolve complex advisor compensation transactions and discrepancies issues and escalations Perform detailed reconciliations, transaction accounting, and data analysis to ensure accurate payouts Executed quality control processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency. Partner with internal teams and external sponsors to resolve issues and improve outcomes Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls. 02Requirements
3-5 years of experience in financial services, banking, accounting, or operations Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage complex transactions end-to-end Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams Core Competencies: Analytical Thinking, Problem Solving & Decision making Independent judgement and accountability Strong written and verbal communication Process Improvement & Continuous Improvement mindset Working Conditions: Candidates should be flexible to work across shifts, including U.S. business hours, based on business requirements LPL Global Business Services, LLP - PRIVACY POLICY .
