Associate Analyst - Medical Insights and Analytics

Lead design of advanced medical analytics to identify clinical care gaps using patient-level claims, EHR, and EMR data. Develop scalable analytics frameworks for patient cohort identification, disease progression, therapy adherence, and referral pathway analysis. Deliver actionable insights through advanced analytics, including APLD, SQL, Snowflake, Dataiku/Alteryx, and data storytelling. Drive innovation through predictive and prescriptive analytics leveraging statistical modeling, machine learning, and visualization techniques. Champion integration of digital analytics, including measurement of digital engagement, virtual interactions, and real-time KPI dashboards. Skills: Advanced technical expertise in SQL, Python, R, Dataiku, APLD, and HEOR cohort analytics. Working knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning, and predictive analytics. Essential
