Freshers are also eligible1 to 2 years of experience in BPO, Healthcare, Claims Processing, Customer Service, Collections, or related operations.Experience in handling customer issues, case management, and escalation management.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.Good comprehension and analytical skills.Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.Proficiency in MS Office applications, email systems, web-based tools, and data entry activities.Willingness to work in a 24x7 environment.Open to work from office.
