Salary: Negotiable Payroll: ManpowerGroup India Job Description Job Title : Associate Closing & Reporting Band :Contractual, Auto-Renewable Function : Finance-Center of Excellence Reporting Manager : Lead Reporting & MIS Location : Gurugram JOB SUMMARY Responsible for supporting PRIs critical activities of periodic closing, reporting and data analysis to deliver meaningful and actionable business insights. Ensuring accurate & timely data collection & analysis. Preparing and delivering reports to meet ad hoc and periodic information requests raised by business finance, CoE and other cross functional teams. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Data collection & analysis: Extract and analyze financial transactions and organize it to deliver meaningful insights from data. Create periodic management reports w.r.t. units/regions - performance and initiatives to provide insights for strategic decision making. Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, statements, and presentations for internal stakeholders. Support business finance, CoE teams and cross functional teams in concluding audits successfully with generating reports as required from time to time. Period Closure Activities: Perform period close activities covering review of financial transactions, hygiene checks, provisioning and recording of accruals, inventory adjustments, reconciliations etc. as per compliances to applicable financial reporting framework. Cross team Functioning: Collaborate with CoE teams, cross-functional teams, including business finance, sales, operations, supply chain and IT, to gather financial data, align reporting requirements, and ensure data consistency. SLA compliance and improvisation: Delivering on the expectations as defined by the SLAs. Continually improving the same by identification of simplified processes and activities.
