Associate Creative Director - Health Tech

- Lead and mentor creative pods through two-week production sprints, each delivering creative variations across formats and audience segments - Set the creative quality bar for all performance output - hooks, scripts, static, video, carousel - Partner with the Growth Strategist to translate performance data (CPA, hook rates, audience response) into creative briefs and testing hypotheses - Own the shift from feature-led advertising to emotionally resonant, insight-driven performance creative - Build and evolve a scalable creative production system: templates, format matrices, review cadences - Develop audience-segmented creative strategies across priority segments - Work closely with the Global creative team on brand consistency across performance and brand work - Present creative rationale and performance learnings to leadership with clarity and conviction

- 8+ years in creative roles, ideally with leading teams in a D2C, performance marketing, or digital-first environment - A portfolio that shows you can make things that sell, performance creative that worked, with evidence of why - Deep understanding of Meta and paid social creative best practices - you know what stops a thumb and what converts - Experience running sprint-based or agile creative production - Sharp, constructive creative feedback that elevates a team's output - Comfort reading a performance dashboard and translating it into creative direction - A strong, articulable point of view on what makes copy and design work in a feed environment .
