Associate Data Scientist - Fresher

1. Write and troubleshoot SQL for data extraction, validation, and reporting. 2. Support ETL/ELT pipeline development under guidance. 3. Perform data quality checks for nulls, duplicates, mismatches, and outliers, and report findings clearly. 4. Support data warehouse/Lakehouse design, including table structures, dimensions, fact tables, and documentation. 5. Support KPI documentation, dashboard development, and stakeholder-facing analytics. 6. Support data science tasks such as EDA, feature engineering, basic modeling, and evaluation when assigned. 7. Identify and communicate blockers or unclear requirements early. Bachelor's degree in statistics, computer science, IT, information systems, data science, mathematics, engineering, or a related field. 2. Proven experience as a data scientist, data analyst, or business data analyst. 3. Strong SQL skills, including joins, aggregations, subqueries, and window functions. 4. Strong Python skills with experience in data analytics libraries such as pandas. 5. Strong understanding of relational databases, data modeling, database design, and data mining. 6. Understanding of ETL/ELT, data warehousing, fact/dimension modeling, and star schema. 7. Knowledge of statistical analysis and tools such as Excel, SPSS, or SAS. 8. Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Business Objects. 9. Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, Databricks, or Microsoft Fabric. 10. Familiarity with REST APIs, data ingestion, and ETL frameworks. 11. Basic understanding of ML fundamentals and GenAI/LLM concepts. 12. Strong analytical, logical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. 13. Ability to identify and investigate data issues independently. 14. Ability to communicate and present complex data clearly. 15. Ability to learn new tools and concepts quickly and work across data, dashboards, and modeling tasks. 16.
