Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategic plans for Insurance and Annuity operations ensuring alignment with the company s overall goals and objectivesLead and manage a team of professionals providing guidance support and performance management to ensure high levels of productivity and engagementIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of retirement operations including the adoption of new technologies and best practicesBuild and maintain strong relationships with carrier partners and financial advisors addressing their needs and concerns and ensuring a high level of satisfaction with retirement servicesEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage risks associated with operations including the development and implementation of policies and proceduresWork closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with other business functionsFunction CategoryOperations
