Job Description
Define sector strategy (high-rise, data center, healthcare/commercial) and capability roadmap; align with enterprise goals and market demands.
Lead design excellence programsaudits, KPIs, benchmarks, lessons learned; reduce rework and elevate first-time-right delivery.
Approve high-risk designs (complex pump rooms, large tanks, special hazard systemswater mist, foam, clean agent); sign off redundancy topologies and resilience strategies.
Drive digital delivery and automation (model-based QA, rule-based checks, calculation libraries); champion interdisciplinary integration and model federation.
Represent the firm at industry bodies, standards committees and conferences; publish thought leadership and technical white papers.
Cultivate executive client relationships and oversee strategic bids and negotiations.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering; advanced degree preferred.
1518+ years of experience with recognized subject-matter expertise in PHE & Fire across one or more sectors.
Strategy development, governance, and client leadership capabilities; authoritative command of codes and standards.
