Role Overview
A career in the Corporate Finance practice at PwC's Deals Corporate Finance services will provide you with the opportunity to deliver innovative deal solutions to clients. You will be involved in providing advice and support from the initiation to the completion of deals. Through data-driven insights, you will help clients navigate in the right direction to ensure maximum value for their company.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing pitches and proposals for deal sourcing
- Deal execution including collateral preparation such as complex financial models for M&A and funding transactions, information memorandum, teasers, and valuation using different approaches
- Preparation of investor long and shortlists and outreach for marketing
- Responding to investor queries during marketing and due diligence
- Conducting industry research for market sizing, competition landscape, trading and transaction comps, and investor identification and outreach
- Participating in negotiation discussions on term sheets and documentation for deal closure
- Preparation of engagement letters and assistance with internal administrative matters like invoicing and approvals
- Participation in client and investor meetings and calls
Qualifications Required
- Mandatory Skill Sets: Investment Banking

- Years Of Experience Required: 1-2 years
- Education Qualification: MBA/ CA
- Degrees/Field of Study required: Master of Business Administration, Chartered Accountant Diploma
