Open Market/Field Sales
Role purpose:
To acquire current Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) customers, grow branch business, and ensure quality onboarding with full compliance.
Key responsibilities:
- Acquire new CASA customers through field sales, references, leads, and catchment activity.
- Conduct area mapping, cold calling, and visits to business owners, professionals, and potential customers.
- Complete end-to-end onboarding, including KYC and account opening.
- Activate newly opened accounts and encourage usage of digital banking channels.
- Cross-sell related products such as insurance, mutual funds, fixed deposits, recurring deposits, and loans.
- Maintain compliance with bank policies, KYC/AML norms, and sales SOPs.
- Build strong customer relationships and generate referrals from existing customers.
- Share market feedback, competitor updates, and customer insights with the branch team. .
