Job Description Job Summary We are seeking an Associate Manager to join our team at GlobeOp India - NKP Goregaon. This role involves overseeing operational processes, managing a team, and ensuring the efficient delivery of services within a fast-paced financial services environment. Job Responsibilities Supervise and lead a team of operations analysts, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Manage day-to-day operational activities, ensuring adherence to established procedures, service level agreements (SLAs), and regulatory requirements. Monitor team performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues, escalate complex problems, and ensure seamless service delivery. Participate in process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for automation, standardization, and risk mitigation. Conduct regular quality checks and reviews of work output to maintain high standards. Assist in the preparation of management reports and presentations. Contribute to the development and implementation of new policies and procedures. Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in financial operations, preferably within the banking or capital markets sector. 1+ year of experience in a team lead or supervisory role. Strong understanding of financial products, processes, and regulatory frameworks. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve targets. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
