The role also requires a proactive approach to identifying and addressing customer concerns to ensure long-term Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support practices- Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience- Ability to handle and resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy- Robust communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in using customer management software is a plus- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous .
