Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell banking products (Credit Cards, Loans, Insurance).Handle inbound queries, ensuring accurate information and excellent customer service.Drive customer retention and activate new services.Collaborate with teams and share valuable market insights.Requirements
