Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell banking products (Credit Cards, Loans, Insurance).
- Handle inbound queries, ensuring accurate information and excellent customer service.
- Drive customer retention and activate recent services.
- Collaborate with teams and share valuable market insights.
Requirements
- Education: Graduation (any stream) mandatory
- Communication: Strong command of English
- Experience: Freshers welcome OR minimum 6 months in BPO/Tele-sales/Customer Service
- Age: 1832 years
- Skills: Sales aptitude, interpersonal skills, customer-centric mindset
Salary
- Freshers: 16,00018,000/month (based on interview)
- Experienced (BPO/Tele-sales): Up to 25,000/month (based on last drawn and interview performance)
- Experienced (Insurance Sales): Up to 30,000/month (Thane location, based on last drawn and interview performance)
- Incentives: Generous performance-based incentives

Work Schedule
- Monday to Saturday, fixed day shifts (9:30 AM 6:30 PM or 10:00 AM 7:00 PM)
