Associate - Private Equity Portfolio Management

You will be part of a team actively managing a portfolio of private equity investments. Your main responsibility will involve monitoring portfolio company performance, conducting regular reviews, and assisting in developing strategies for value creation and exit. Key Responsibility: - Monitor the financial performance of portfolio companies. - Conduct regular portfolio company reviews and due diligence. - Develop and implement strategies to enhance portfolio company value. - Support the investment team in fundraising activities. - Assist in the preparation of investor reports. - Track industry trends and identify potential investment opportunities. Qualification Required: - MBA or relevant post-graduate degree. - 3-5 years of experience in private equity or a related field. - Strong financial analysis and modeling skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience with portfolio management.
