About role:
Join us as an Product Analyst/Associate Product Manager working across credit, wealth, collections and new product development. This is a high ownership role where you will build and scale lending, investment or recovery products while driving end to end user experience and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Own product lifecycle from ideation to launch across credit, wealth and collections.
Work with engineering, design, data and business teams to ship features fast.
Build and optimize funnels for onboarding, underwriting, investments and repayments.
Drive metrics like AUM, collections efficiency, retention and revenue.
Use data and user insights to identify gaps and improve conversion and experience.
Define PRDs, user journeys, experiments and dashboards.
Track market trends, competitors and regulations to inform roadmap.
Work on 0 to 1 product builds including recent financial products and partnerships.
Requirements
1 to 3 years of experience in product or fintech.
Strong understanding or interest in lending and personal finance.
Analytical mindset with basic SQL/Excel/Python skills; experience in data visualization (e.g., Power BI) a plus. Excellent communication and problem-solving; ability to thrive in rapid-paced startups.
