Associate Product Manager

Gather and define product requirements.Create PRDs, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver features.Analyse customer journeys and identify opportunities for improvement.Drive product execution from concept to launch.Monitor product performance and recommend enhancements.Coordinate with insurer partners and internal stakeholders.

2 to 5 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or related roles.Prior experience in Motor Insurance and/or Health Insurance.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.Strong ownership and execution mindset.Candidates from General Insurance companies, Health Insurance companies, InsurTech firms, insurance aggregators, brokers, or digital insurance platforms will be preferred. Nice to Have: Experience with insurer integrations and APIs.Experience in policy issuance, renewals, claims, endorsements, or servicing journeys.Exposure to AI-enabled products and automation. .
