Associate Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the product manager in defining, prioritizing, and maintaining the product backlog based on user research, business goals, technical feasibility, and stakeholder inputs
- Gather, document, and translate business and user requirements into clear and detailed product requirement documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, QA, and business teams to ensure product features are delivered on time, within scope, and to defined quality standards
- Conduct user research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to develop a deep understanding of user pain points, needs, and market opportunities
- Assist in defining and tracking key product metrics, OKRs, and success criteria to measure feature performance and business impact post-launch
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and sprint retrospectives as an active member of the agile product development team
- Coordinate UAT activities, gather user feedback, and communicate product updates, release notes, and feature changes to internal and external stakeholders
- Support A/B testing, experimentation, and data analysis initiatives to validate product hypotheses and drive data-informed product decisions
- Maintain product documentation including PRDs, feature specifications, release plans, and roadmap updates accurately and on time
- Identify and escalate product risks, dependencies, and blockers to the senior product manager with supporting context and recommended solutions
