Associate Product Manager - LMS

You will be responsible for owning the Loan Management System (LMS) as a Product Management Professional. This includes working on User Acceptance Tests (UATs), engaging in cross-functional collaboration, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and more. Your role will involve identifying, fixing, and deploying production bugs in line with product guidelines. Additionally, you will collaborate with engineering teams to work on new feature development. It is important that you utilize AI tools for automation and documentation purposes. Qualifications required for this role include a B.Tech degree with a background in fintech or lending, which is non-negotiable. You should possess strong communication skills and excel in stakeholder management. Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel is also a must-have for this position.
