About the role:
Needs to work closely and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Be able take up continuous improvement ideas, initiatives, managing team and MIS reporting, maintain synchrony in the team. Be able to create and define SOPs, TATs for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Lead & manage a team of associates/SMEs independentlyDrive revenue analytics to improve reimbursementsReduce revenue leakage across RCM processesAnalyze contracts, denials & underpaymentsDeliver on productivity, quality & efficiency targetsManage attrition, shrinkage & performanceSet clear goals, allocate work & track outcomesRun huddles, resolve conflicts & ensure team alignmentCommunicate insights to US stakeholdersManage MIS, dashboards & reportingOversee inventory, quality (TNI) & operationsLead transitions, training & skill development
Must-Have Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience in US Healthcare RCMAt least 2+ years of team handling experience (TL/AM level)Strong expertise in:End-to-end Revenue Cycle ManagementPayment variance & underpayment analysisDenial analytics & appeals managementContract models & expected reimbursement methodologiesHands-on knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic SQLStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills
