01Key Responsibilities
Responsible for headcount reporting at LOB/ Process/Band/ Client level.Keep a track of HC Band Mix and highlight Risks and OpportunitiesPlanning, Forecasting, recommend actions and participate in strategic decision making.Develop and maintain consolidated reporting package, Provide MIS support to stakeholders along with detailed insights around KPIsInfluence and persuade stakeholders across functional domainRequisites: MBA Finance/ CA Inter6 experience in FP&AExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong presentation skills, analytical and organizational skillsAbility to synthesize large quantities of data, identify trends and driversExcellent MS Excel and Report Writing skills (Adaptive knowledge is advantage)Working in an evolving healthcare setting, we use our shared expertise to deliver innovative solutions.
