Overview
As an Associate Relationship Manager in the Affordable Mortgage Loans department, your primary job purpose is to deliver a high-quality client service, enhance product sales, and focus on customer retention while acquiring new clients.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Identifying new market opportunities and actively working towards customer acquisition through localized initiatives such as canopy activities, leaflet distribution, cold calling, and similar engagement efforts.
- Servicing leads generated through front-line sales, cross-sell initiatives, or other channels by ensuring timely and effective follow-ups.
- Achieving individual performance targets related to income generation, product sales, and onboarding of new clients as per agreed objectives.
- Managing the end-to-end customer journey from login to disbursement, including documentation, counselling, fulfilment, and continuous support throughout the sanction and disbursal process.
- Proactively preventing customers from becoming non-starters and supporting collections teams in recovering EMIs in case of payment defaults.
- Developing strong market relationships by engaging with local builders, business communities, and exploring new channel partners to expand outreach and visibility.
You will also be responsible for delivering exceptional client service, focusing on customer retention, building strong relationships, and supporting product sales to drive new client acquisition.
