Associate Relationship Manager Liabilities (CASA)

Role/Job Title Associate Relationship Manager-Liabilities Function/Department Rural Banking Job Purpose The role entails deepening relationships with Rural Banking accounts and ensuring best-in-class service to the customers. The role bearer has a responsibility to support the Relationship Manager in penetration of liabilities business in rural markets through lead generation and account opening as per the needs of the customer. The role bearer is responsible for driving client acquisition, building household-level customer relationships and capitalizing on lifetime value in each relationship to achieve larger organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities Lead area mapping in the catchment and maintain accurate and timely daily activity/sales reports. Prepare wish list of customers through cold calling and promotional activities to drive awareness about the bank and products across the catchment area. Ensure completion of account opening formalities with strict adherence to KYC norms. (Field verification mandatory) Engage customers with multiple products at the time of account opening, including mobile banking/net banking registration and recurring deposit/fixed deposit activation. Ensure account activation and subsequently maintain the health of the account. Provide superior customer service to capture larger wallet share of the population. Spearhead resolution of customer queries and issues. Assess and evaluate client needs and generate new sources of revenue by leveraging crosssell opportunities as per their lifestyle, risk profiling and requirements. Ensure compliance as per the bank requirements. Recommend process changes to improve service efficiency and quality across the branch network. Provide support for implementation of livelihood advancement and community development initiatives. Education Qualification Graduation: BA / BCom / BBA / BSc / BTech / BE or any other graduate. Experience 0 to 1 years of relevant branch banking experience. .
