The Role As an Associate - Research & Insights, the core responsibilities would be around execution of research studies / projects designed by the Team. This includes - - Qualitative Research - Calling relevant TG and inviting them for a research discussion - Carrying out research discussions / moderations in accordance with the objectives of the study and discussion guide - Transcription of completed user sessions in an excel format after the discussions - Support, wherever required, for data analysis and report preparation - Quantitative Research - Scripting survey questionnaires and creating survey links - Emailing questionnaires using CRM tools - Scorecard preparation - Report preparation support, if needed - Apart from the above, the role would also involve managing other operational activities like - Interacting with other teams for inputs (databases, prototypes, etc.), wherever required - Maintaining a repository of research documents - Maintaining logs for data requests - Collating feedback from stakeholders on action steps based on research Other activities, as required - Who You Are - 1 - 2 years of Market research experience or internship in a market research agency / company handling user interactions for both qualitative and quantitative studies - Proficiency in Excel, PPT is a must - Good oral and written communication skills - Fluent in English, Hindi (Any other regional language will be a bonus) - Fintech background (Good to have) - Self starter / go getter / self motivated individual Why This Role Rocks Youll be part of one of the most impactful fintech ecosystems, shaping how millions experience and perceive investing.
