Role Description The Associate Sales Manager Banca is a full-time, on-site role based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, responsible for driving insurance sales through bancassurance channel partners. The role involves managing relationships with bank staff, generating leads, and converting prospects into policyholders. The Associate Sales Manager will conduct regular branch visits, provide product training and support to bank teams, and ensure achievement of sales targets and business objectives. The position also includes monitoring branch performance, preparing sales reports, ensuring adherence to company and regulatory guidelines, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Collaboration with internal stakeholders for smooth policy issuance, claim support, and process improvements is an integral part of the day-to-day responsibilities. Qualifications Strong sales and business development capabilities, with experience in financial services or insurance preferred.Relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills, especially in working with bank branches or channel partners.Customer service orientation, including the ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.Good communication and presentation skills for training bank staff and interacting with customers and internal teams.Analytical and reporting skills to track sales performance, identify opportunities, and support decision-making.Bachelors degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.Understanding of general insurance products and basic regulatory requirements; prior bancassurance experience is a plus.Ability to work on-site in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, with readiness to travel to assigned branches as needed. .
