Associate - SaT - National - SaT - TCF - Capital and Debt Advisory - Hyderabad

As an Associate in the National Sector at EY's Strategy and Transactions - TCF - Capital and Debt Advisory team in Hyderabad, you will be part of a sector-agnostic team working across industries to provide a well-rounded experience. Your role will involve enabling clients to reimagine ecosystems, reshape portfolios, and reinvent for a better future utilizing the Capital Agenda framework. You will be instrumental in helping clients with their key financial issues, managing risk-return trade-offs, and supporting them in better decision-making around financing and capital efficiency.

- Provide technical excellence by supporting/leading execution across debt raise, refinancing, and strategic turnaround engagements. - Assess clients' capital structure and determine suitable debt instruments. - Prepare comprehensive investment teasers, Information Memorandum, Financial Model, CMA data, and business plans. - Identify lenders based on solution requirements such as Banks, NBFCs, Private Credit Funds. - Manage end-to-end processes including lender outreach, negotiations, due diligence, documentation, and closure. - Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify liquidity gaps and stress points. - Monitor cash flows, covenants, and key performance indicators (KPIs). - Design and implement short-term liquidity solutions. - Facilitate discussions between management, lenders, and investors. - Support restructuring & insolvency proposals.
