Job Description
We are looking for an Associate Consultant Services to provide field-based customer support for health insurance services. The role involves visiting customers to assist with policy-related documentation, resolving service requests, and ensuring a smooth post-sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customers at their home, office, or hospital to provide service support.
- Assist customers with policy documentation, endorsements, renewals, and claim-related documents.
- Explain health insurance policy benefits, coverage, exclusions, renewal, and claim processes.
- Collect, verify, and submit customer documents accurately.
- Coordinate with Operations, Claims, and Underwriting teams for timely issue resolution.
- Track customer requests and ensure closure within defined timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service activities.
- Deliver a qualified and customer-centric service experience.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Freshers or candidates with 03 years of experience in Customer Service, Insurance, BFSI, Field Operations, or Customer Support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Willingness to travel locally for customer visits.
- Knowledge of health insurance products will be an added advantage.
Preferred
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
- Familiarity with the local area.
