Cienas Services Business Intelligence & Data Science team delivers reporting, analytics, and data-driven insights that enable informed decision-making across the Services organization. This role contributes to the evolution of business intelligence capabilities spanning the transactional lifecycle from sales opportunities through post-sales services. The position collaborates with business and IT stakeholders to develop reporting solutions that improve visibility into operational performance and key business metrics.
How You Will Make An Impact
Understand, research, and document business requirements and contribute to solution development.Design and develop report architecture, including report user interfaces and data models, to optimize performance and integration.Deliver reporting for operational and business metrics that provide visibility into performance against key performance indicators.Participate in project planning activities to analyse requirements and design reporting and information systems solutions.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports.Interface with internal teams to resolve reporting and data-related issues.Participate in proof-of-concept initiatives for new tools and technologies.
The Must Haves
Education: Degree in Finance, Commerce, Engineering, or equivalent.Experience: 1+ years experience.Application of Power BI and SQL.Good business acumen.
