01Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain the test automation framework.Create automated test scripts using test data management, reusable automation principles, and Agentic AI.Collaborate with Business Analysts to understand business requirements and define test scenarios.Execute automated test suites and generate test execution reports and dashboards.Analyze test defects and collaborate with Business Analysts and Development teams to ensure timely resolution.Validate application functionality through UI and API automation testing.Contribute to continuous improvement of test automation practices.Participate in Agile ceremonies and quality assurance activities.Support international teams and travel when required.
Required Skills & Experience:
Technical Skills:
Minimum 4+ years of experience as an Automation Tester.Experience working in the Insurance domain.Hands-on experience with:UI Automation TestingAPI Automation Testing
Strong experience with:
SeleniumRest AssuredPlaywright
Experience using:
Browsers tack (Preferred)Postman (Preferred)JMeter (Preferred)Experience with database querying (Preferred).Strong programming skills in Java.Experience working in Agile software delivery environments.Experience using Agentic AI for:Test DesignTest Automation Script GenerationFamiliarity with DevOps and CI/CD testing practices.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Financial Services or Insurance projects.Hands-on experience with Agentic AI-assisted testing.Experience with API testing tools and performance testing.Exposure to enterprise-scale automation frameworks.Knowledge of cloud-based testing environments.
