Roles & Responsibilities
This role requires a balanced focus on creator relationship management and end-to-end influencer campaign execution, ensuring seamless coordination between creators, internal teams, and brand objectives.
Talent Management
Manage day-to-day communication with assigned creators, ensuring timely coordination and content delivery.
Oversee creator calendars, content schedules, and overall relationship management.
Conduct channel/page research and performance analysis to identify growth opportunities for assigned creators.
Brainstorm and recommend creative content ideas and strategic initiatives to enhance creator engagement and performance.
Influencer Marketing
Execute influencer marketing campaigns from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery of content and campaign milestones.
Coordinate with creators (exclusive and non-exclusive) and stakeholders (internal & external) to ensure campaigns are executed as per brand requirements.
Prepare campaign performance reports, analyze outcomes, and meet all reporting deadlines.
Maintain internal trackers, documentation, and campaign updates to ensure accurate reporting and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Up to 1 year of relevant experience in influencer marketing or talent management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Advanced knowledge of MS Suite (excel, docs, ppt, etc) and basic editing softwares such as canvas
Solid project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Knowledge about social media platforms
Must be creative, detail-oriented, and able to multitask .
