01Key Responsibilities
- Monitor Oracle Integration issues
- Perform first-level triage of failed iFlows, API calls, and scheduled jobs
- Validate data flows between Oracle and downstream systems (e.G., payroll systems, third-party vendors, internal mcdonalds applications like GIA).
- Escalate unresolved or critical issues to L2/L3 support or development teams with detailed logs and context.
- Support daily health checks for Oracle integration points (e.G., SFTP connections, OAuth tokens, certificates).
- Document recurring issues and contribute to operational runbooks and knowledge base.
- Collaborate with functional solutions team, Scaled Services teams to ensure integration reliability and compliance.
- Participate in shift-based monitoring coverage, including weekends or holidays if required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with Oracle modules and integration touchpoints.
- Exposure to integration concepts such as iFlows, APIs (OData/SOAP), SFTP, and IDocs.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a cloud-native setting .
