Job Description -Required Qualifications & ExperienceAny Graduate (Japanese language qualification preferred)3 to 5 years of relevant work experienceProficiency in Japanese language (JLPT N2 or above)ITIL certified with a strong understanding of IT service management and IT operationsGood knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsExcellent communication, coordination, interpersonal, and presentation skillsExperience in vendor management, reporting, and metrics/KPI managementWillingness to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment from the Chennai officeExperience working with Japanese clients and stakeholdersExperience in project transition and knowledge transfer activitiesStrong understanding of end-to-end project delivery and operational processesTechnical SkillsExperience in BAU (Business As Usual) operations and support managementAbility to monitor, analyse, and report operational metricsFamiliarity with IT infrastructure and service delivery processesGood to have hands-on experience or knowledge of:Windows AdministrationLinux AdministrationPreferred AttributesStrong stakeholder and vendor management skillsCustomer-centric approach with excellent problem-solving abilitiesAbility to lead operational activities and coordinate across multiple teamsExperience working in multicultural and client-facing environments, particularly with Japanese customersStrong ownership, planning, and escalation management capabilitiesRelocation Supported: Yes
