The role is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that enhance workforce capability, improve quality, increase productivity, and support manufacturing excellence. Experience 46 years of experience in Technical Training, Manufacturing Operations, Learning & Development, or Capability Building.Minimum 23 years of experience in EMS/FATP or Electronics Manufacturing environment.Exposure to workforce competency development, technical training delivery, and capability-building initiatives. Education Qualification Diploma / Bachelors Degree in EEE, ECE, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Production Engineering, or equivalent.
