Associate Vice President & Cluster Branch Manager - HOM Role Summary In the above context, the State Headrole is responsible for, Development of agency channel in all LOBs Developing all agency LOBs like GWP, Health and keeping the COR paramount with ensuring hygiene business practice Responsible for driving recruitment and activation with support of campaigns, several engagements. Ensure the achievement of business for the organization Incumbent is responsible to maintain and enhance service levels provided to the clients thus ensuring sustence of the existing business Dedicated for driving the market as per our desire by motivating the agents by organizing the monthly meets, engagement activities, training programs, knowledge sharing& upgrading, awards & rewards, feedback programs to ensure organization goal. Role incumbent is also responsible for exploration and identification of new business by networking. Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities Responsible for achieving overall Gross Written Premium Recruit and train the agents and dealers Team Management Channel Relationship. Workshop, camps. Plan and make strategies Health & IPA GPW Organizing structure training program by team for new agents or existing agents for knowledge upbringing Daily activity meets with new and existing agents To achieve the overall budget for the fiscal while ensuring cost effectiveness and profitability Multi line budget achievement Achieve 100% of budget periodically and annually. Stakeholder interfaces Experience 1- 2 years of experience in insurance / sales Education Graduated in any discipline Experience Level Mid Level .
