Assortment Planner

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute assortment plans based on customer demand, market trends, and business objectives.
• Analyze historical sales, inventory performance, and customer buying behavior to optimize product assortment.
• Collaborate with merchandising, buying, and supply chain teams to ensure the right product mix across stores and channels.
• Monitor inventory levels and recommend replenishment and allocation strategies.
• Prepare demand forecasts using historical sales data and seasonal trends.
• Analyze product performance, sell-through rates, stock availability, and category profitability.
• Support new product launches, seasonal planning, and assortment reviews.
• Create regular assortment planning reports, dashboards, and business insights.
• Identify opportunities to improve assortment productivity, reduce excess inventory, and increase sales.
• Ensure accurate product data, planning documentation, and reporting.
• Work closely with stakeholders to align assortment strategies with overall business goals.
