Promote the SUD Life brand and implement brand-building initiatives.Achieve and exceed business targets while monitoring quality parameters.Recruit and develop a team comprising 1 Business Development Manager (BDM) and 10 Direct Agency Leaders (AL).Lead a team of BDMs, ALs, and Life Advisors (LA)/POS-P, and source business through them.Equip BDMs and ALs with the necessary knowledge and skills to onboard high-quality ALs and LAs.Ensure need-based selling within the team.Coach and mentor team members to achieve growth and exceed goals.Adhere to IRDA regulations and stay updated with regulatory changes for the agency channel.Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders and customers.Drive customer-centric initiatives to strengthen the companys reputation.
