Are you a structural engineering professional with expertise in highway and bridge design We are hiring an Assistant General Manager Structural Design for a leading engineering consultancy delivering large-scale infrastructure projects across India.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the structural design of bridges, flyovers, viaducts, culverts, retaining walls, foundations, and other highway structures.
- Perform structural analysis and ensure compliance with IRC, IS Codes, and project specifications.
- Design and review RCC, PSC, steel, and composite structures.
- Develop and review structural models using STAAD Pro, MIDAS Civil, ETABS, and AutoCAD.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Mentor and lead the structural engineering team while maintaining the highest standards of technical quality.
Preferred Profile
- M.E./M.Tech. in Structural Engineering preferred.
- 710 years of experience in structural design for highways, bridges, and infrastructure projects.
- Strong hands-on experience with STAAD Pro, MIDAS Civil, ETABS, and AutoCAD.
- Sound knowledge of RCC, steel structures, IRC, IS Codes, and relevant international standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Candidates from IITs and NITs will be preferred.
